Mark has an extensive business background covering marketing, finance and organisational improvement. He has worked for Courtaulds, Unilever and Price Waterhouse and as a Board Director for an SME in the leisure/sport industry. A keen sailor, he has also raced a yacht around the world as Watch Leader in the BT Global Challenge.
He is passionate about helping senior executives transform their thinking through a systemic/cultural lens. As well as operating as a team coach/mentor and Board facilitator, he has designed and implemented successful performance improvement programmes within the media, creative, telecoms and FS sectors.
Mark is accredited in using the Schroder behavioural competency framework and in the use of Heart Rate Variability analysis to build resilience and improve performance. He is a qualified accountant (ACMA) and has a post-graduate qualification in marketing.

After graduating from Cambridge, Adrienne’s early career was spent at Unilever in Audit, Finance and Supply Chain roles. Moving to Allied Domecq, she focused on the European Supply Chain, Global Projects and Corporate Social Responsibility.
She then combined raising a family with becoming an Executive Coach, a Non-Executive Director of Thompsons Solicitors and then a director of Footdown.
Flourishzone is a personal passion of Adrienne’s that has been brewing for many years and she combines running the business with delivering programmes and working on a 1:1 basis with leaders. As a coach, she likes to build relationships founded on warmth, support, energy and rigour. Her sessions provide a confidential space in which leaders can do their best thinking – so that they can unlock gritty or sensitive issues and create clarity about how to achieve success

Barbara was the Managing Director of the UK’s largest IT training organisation, Parity Training, before joining ITN as Director of Archive Operations where she successfully led large scale digital change. She then became Head of Business Operations and Multiplatform in BBC Radio and Music for 8 years. An APMG accredited Change Manager she has successfully led significant restructuring programmes at the BBC. Barbara is a Non-Executive Director at the South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust.
Coaching and mentoring people to flourish is deeply important to Barbara and she has a particular interest in supporting individuals facing significant challenges and dilemmas. As a business mentor, Barbara is works with individuals ranging from senior executives to start-up founders. She also mentors women entrepreneurs in developing economies through the Cherie Blair and Aspire Foundations.
Barbara is an ICF Accredited Executive Coach, a Coach Supervisor and an accredited Mediator for workplace conflict resolution. She has a Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Information Technology.
